La ville a organisé des "Promenades Photographiques" , ça a lieu jusqu'au 13 juillet inclus !

Malheureusement, on ne m'y a entraînée que pour faire les soldes mais j'ai pu m'échapper pendant quelques minutes dans la Chapelle Saint Jean et là, à l'étage dominant des photos sur-exploitées de mai 68 (y'en a marre de ce [....] d'étudiant qui balance son pavé!!!) j'ai pu voir une poésie qui m'a coupée le souffle.
Mlle Haruna Kawanishi y avait exposé une histoire prise en 13 photos, superbe. Incroyable ! Une jeune femme attend dans le noir jusqu'à ce qu'un intrus pénètre sa maison. On assiste ensuite à un moment d'amour ? de passion ? ou une simple agression ? puis l'homme repoussé s'en va, laissant la femme brisée de chagrin.

Elle n'a pas 30 ans et pourtant elle maîtrise déjà la photographie et donne à ses sujets la plus grande délicatesse.

Even if I managed to get better grades, it seems that I won't make it to the 1st year. Or will I ? It would be wonderful if I passed.

Let's face it, I am not used to fail in any way and I am quite upset at the moment. But even if I don't have much hope left, I will continue till the end to work harder and harder -and, who knows?, perhaps a miracle will happen ?

This year was simply wonderful, it is the first time that all the classes I had pleased me and I felt so good with a pencil in my hand, drawing all the day. It was as if I had found the right place to be in.
Well, of course, I didn't make a lot of progress in English, I would tend to say that, on the contrary, I kind of regressed. Yeah, yeah, I learnt a lot of vocabulary about adverts and stuff but, concerning litterature and conversation, I am afraid I didn't get so much practice. Heh, not difficult to get A + when other people cannot even get 2 words to express themselves.
I also met so much interesting people -like, all my teachers are artists or directors (in agencies, that is) or professional graphists. La crème de la crème (je croisais le directeur artistique des Cités d'Or, d'Ulysse 31 et des Il était une fois chaque semaine dans le couloir, omd!!!!!)

I got one good point, though ; I managed to enter the ENSA-V, one of the top 3 architecture schools in France ! You cannot imagine how much my family wants me to go there -first time my mother and father agree on something in years. I can understand them, it's easier for them to know what I will become if I go there, a famous architect and all, they say.
But, hey, if I study graphic art and get majored here, I am sure at 65% that I'll get a higher salary than my mother's at the begining of my work life. Which would be in 3 years. Going to the ENSA-V would keep me in school for like, 7 years and then I'd have to work for another architect for at least 5 years before I can make my own name.
And, honestly, I am not sure I could stand being under a national administration again.

Birthday gift and rant

It's been a while since I posted, or commented in your journal~

Anyway, I hope you had a very good Christmas and that 2008 will be great in everything.
So, I just wanted to post a pic I quickly drew for a friend, it was her birthday two days ago and she only told me that yesterday at 11:00 pm O_o

Her avatar's name is Kozue and she quite often put her as a mysterious sensual lady or as an assassin. I am not really sure about how she looks like here, though...

Note : I am so proud of the skin, even if you cannot see it much ;ppp

So, the whole thing took me around... let's say 4 hours.

I think I prefer working with pastels than photoshop though :T

I borrowed again the PS 2 and started playing KH 2 friday :DD I swear, it was just like Christmas happened again (well, it was one of my Xmas gifts). And futhermore my stress for school grades and no romantic life isn't here anymore ! Or wait, it is still here but in the background let's say ! Even better than chocolate ♥

Anyway, Roxas was just adorable, please, tell me I will have the pleasure to meet him again. The graphics are still stunning!
I am disappointed, however, by the scenario. Until now, I am just reviving those Disney classics *sigh* Will it get more interesting ?

I KNOW now the main problem in my school work : for the doc studies my pieces look like illustration instead of what they ask me. And I must work on technic for the graphism class.

I work everyday and I feel stressed and get angry quite easily -even if I try not to show it. Haha, I must have lost my muse too : I don't draw anymore for my own pleasure. Okay, I do. But I don't color/scan/post them anymore. Pity.

Anyway, I have absolutely nothing to read ! D: I've read almost every book in this house and I really don't feel like continuing Pride and Prejudice -ew, that's boring and the language is 'heavy'. Please, someone give me a book and I don't even want to hear about Harry Potter... it's more junk-litterature than anything else, forgive my rudeness.

Art History whining and Square Enix icons

OMG I just lost my eyes, killed my brain \(|||°A°)/

I passed almost my whole afternoon working on my Art History files. Teachers told us we no longer had a month to do them but 4 days.
Ha ha, guys, haha.

As a result, I have been looking all around the Net for Chanel informations. I know, they aren't so difficult to find but I want to find valuable informations, dammit ! Even if I really admire Miss Chanel for what she did, how she was, I don't think I will be able to stand it for long. Anyways, I hope to finish this tonight so I will spend my Sunday and Monday working on my other files, Tokyo and Eisenstein.

By the way, anyone has informations about Tokyo's architecture codes ? I mean, I know they are different from what we do in Europe or US but I am afraid I remember what I've been told in October about that ^_^;;

Yesterday I also went to another school which is called Brass'art. According to the teachers, I have chances to enter if I apply next week (note to self : REMEMBER IT). So if I am not accepted in Versailles, I will stay in Tours and learn how to draw properly :3 *hopeful*

But I will need money, in other words, I will need to find a work : one year in Brass'art costs approximately 3.000€ (D:)
Then, I got two options: sell art or work.

I'm really worried for my pet I had no choice but letting him to come with me to Lille : he hasn't eaten anything for almost 4 days now plus he looks like being cold and sick. I hope I'm just getting overprotective or something like that but I have a very bad feeling.

And with this trip to Lisbon coming next week... ah! That's keeping me awake when I should rest.

:O I'm working on another ffic, incredible, isn't it ?
Actually, it was supposed to be only in French but non-speaking-French people tried to read it as well... but I'm afraid they didn't understood much what was said. So I tried to translate it for them but... well, I'm not like wayya, I'm certainly one of the worst traductors ever : I added details which weren't in the French vers. and dind't put others.... I guess that's why translators should never be the authors.

Anyway, it's a Turkish ffic involving BeforeCrisis characters and -probably- p0rn between 2 chapters. I won't put NC-17 chapters on fanfic.net so I guess they will be... er, on my journal, that's all xD. Nyarlathotep23 is currently checking and correcting the mistakes I made but if you can speak french, I suggest you to go on fanfic.net...

p.s : J'ai lu deux livres sur les nazi, il n'y a pas longtemps : Les Bienveillantes et La Mort est mon métier (R. Merle). En ce moment, je lis un autre livre du même auteur et j'imagine que ma plume s'en ressent... j'espère juste que je garderai assez de moi-même pour rendre la fic intéressante, je n'aime pas imiter les styles mais j'ai tendance à le faire malgré moi.
Mimétisme, quand tu nous tiens...

Ce que je déteste le plus quand je suis malade ou fatiguée c'est que je tends à déraisonner complètement. Je dis/fais quelque chose et je ne pourrais pas expliquer pourquoi je l'ai fait.

Par exemple, là je suis malade, une gastro. J'ai probablement un peu de fièvre, et je ne pourrais pas vous dire pourquoi je poste pour dire ça, pourquoi je le fais en français... Et je me suis mise dans une situation délicate vis-à-vis de quelqu'un sur le Net. J'imagine que le mieux est d'attendre demain pour m'expliquer ou tenter de trouver une excuse quelconque.

Voilà, c'était tout pour aujourd'hui. Demain je retournerai étudier le Discours de la Méthode... Bon bon bon, rien de passionnant. Ah si, il faudrait que je travaille quand même un peu.

Ah si, je crois savoir qu'une entreprise (Disney?!) a fait construire dans la banlieue parisienne une réplique des Cités Idéales qu'on peut voir dans les peintures de la Renaissance italienne. Prendre note que ça pourra me servir pour mon dossier Histoire des Arts si l'information se confirme.

A lot of things happened today... well, I guess it's because I left my cave to finally meet world one more time.

First of all, I went out to... buy clothes and have an haircut.
The result isn't bad but a bit weird, though. It's the first time that my hair is that short "( o.o) so I guess I shall take a new pic from me. Anyway it was about time since it was quite damaged since I don't really care about the way I comb them... and I shall thanks Damien for that, a young [handsome *purrs*] young man who cut my hair with all his attention. He's gonna be a model for M. Jean-Paul Gaultier on February 4th, too bad I can't go and see him there.

I mean, I'm not really interested in clothes and mode and stuff... but we're talking about haute-couture guys, Jean-Paul Gaultier !

Well, I shouldn't be talking about that, it'll only make me more sorry ^_-
I also tried to find Final Fantasy VII but, geez, impossible to find the game anymore in any store !! You know, I should try and go on the Net. *gasps at prices*

I also finished Les Bienveillantes 3 days ago. Has anybody read the book as well ? If you ask me, I say that it's a great book, well documented and everything. The historical part is a bit on the background but there's some hard scenes. Incredible how a man can be insane. Let me say that : I read Les 120 Journées de Sodome and tend to think that... well, Sade's characters are saner than Aue.

You should be well aware of the nazi government and 2nd World War context too before you read Les Bienveillantes. I also advise you to read some of Freud's books. Whatever. Just read it and tell me your opinion about it. Take your time and tell me if you guessed who are finally those Bienveillantes.

I also read Werber's last book, finished it today. He's still obsessed with ants and bugs, poor guy. But I have to say that it was interesting. Not really original but, well, I guess it's a part of Werber's style. Or am I just getting bored ?

So now, no book to read. Any idea ? Before I find another one, I'll read ffics ;)

oh, I also changed my cellular. I'll miss the old one ;_; of course the samsung is really better but... ah I'm getting sentimentalist. I'd just love to have the panasonic p900iv .... anyone to buy me it ? I'll pay back, I swear it :D

Last day

   This is my last day of vacation *sigh* I wish I could stay napping at home one more week but I'm under the opinion that it couldn't be granted, could it ? The exams period is runing for me and I think I'll have less time for icons and stuff.

   What a pity when it's more or less the only thing I can do. guyaroo asked me what she could put on her journal since she doesn't feel like telling her life and she doesn't write ffics, makes icons or anything like that, then I shall admit it's a good question ! I wasn't intending to write about my life either but I ended up doing it (at least I have friends entries).

   I found myself begining to be more interested in the Final Fantasy universe. Or to be correct, in the Final Fantasy VII universe. Others don't reall appeal me, I guess and I should blame wayya for that, it's because of her community that I got interested in it..

   Anyway, I spent my last 2 days writing about Oiron castle. It's a modern art museum, not well known unfortunately, I visited 3 times already. First time I was 13 or 14 years old. Too bad people doesn't know about it since famous (and less famous) modern artists came to expose some of their work. I have to finish this post, eventually comment on some journals and go back working.. Look, I also have to work on Mondrian, does anyone know something about him ? I mean, I saw some of his paintings of course but I've never been really interested in him so any information would be more than welcome.

   What else ? Ah, I wonder what I shall put next time for my picture background. I have little birds, flowers, book, sky, cakes and of course, some manga-ish pictures. Or shall I put again the cup of tea I used ? To be honest, I'm thinking more and more about changing of lj style and layout (I don't really like the way the lj cut works here) but, unfortunately, there's nothing (or almost) for plus accounts. And I don't actually have any money. Do you think I could sell my work ? Not here of course, but several people ask me to do them something *thinks about that*

Gaah, I have to go! I feel like that damned rabbit in wonderland...huuuuh.
